Web Site Maintenance and Training Plans
While our clients are able to edit their sites themselves using the TYPO3 content management system, they may wish to delegate some tasks or receive special training on using their system. We offer web site maintenance and training plans that fit every budget.

General updates are completed within two business days (same day when possible).
* Rollover Hours - unused hours in a given month. With Gold, Silver or Bronze plans, unused hours are carried for two months before expiring. In the third month a client could accumulate 3 times the plan level of hours to handle a major update.
** Overage Rollover - additional hours used in a given month. With Gold, Silver or Bronze plans, additional hours (beyond the plan limit) used in a given month are carried and applied to the next two months. At the end of the two months any hours still outstanding are billed at the plan level rate.
